From Bogotá, Colombia, we export the coffee we grow, harvest, and process at The Polka farm in the mountains of Líbano, Tolima department (central Colombia).
So when coffee plants do not feel threatened, they produce less caffeine, enhancing the aroma and fragrance of the fruit, resulting in that pleasant, softer, fruitier and captivating flavor that has honored us with so many awards and certifications.
This third-generation heritage mill enjoys one of the most naturally blessed lands, averaging an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level and sheltered by a privileged climate with average temperatures of 15° to 20° degrees, which prevents the development of pests that could affect the plantation.
